It wasn’t all that long ago when the traits we now celebrate were seen as a weakness in the workforce. Today we recognise the path the women before us walked, making what we do (and how we do it) possible.
There is still a long way to go in the gender equity battle so remember to #EmbraceEquity and challenge gender stereotypes, biases and discrimination. We are all responsible for making change happen.
