A Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from us!
It has been another big year for us, working with a total of 45 new clients. Without a doubt the biggest trend this year has been change. We’ve supported 32 change projects throughout a variety of industries. While this has sometimes been a result of organisations needing to downsize, it has also been due to a number of organisations reassessing their structure to ensure it’s set up for future success.
It will be interesting to see what 2024 brings us, the change of government will no doubt impact on some New Zealand workplaces (we’ve already seen the swift repeal of Fair Pay Agreements!). For now, we’ll be taking a break to prepare us to charge ahead next year. We’ll be back in the office from the 8th January.
