Last month we celebrated our 5th year anniversary as a small team doing BIG things!
We started back in 2018 when our Director, Jaime Gallocher, wanted to make world class HR services available to all kiwi businesses (big and small!). Sick of the red tape and HR stereotypes, Jaime also wanted to put a fresh, modern twist on the HR we deliver – a value we still pride ourselves on today.
Starting out on her own with no clients, Jaime grew our client base to over 200 and a team that grew from just 1 employee (shout out Bron!) to a team of 8 consultants (Rebecca Oakley, Sarah Cruz Taylor, Shayna McCarthny, Chrysta Taylor, Ann Lake, Georgia Walker, Bronwyn Rein) – all with a range of experience and specialties that ensure we deliver a well-rounded service to our clients.
The last 5 years has been full of growth, challenges, a re-brand, client expansion into new industries, a lot of laughs, and of course the spanner that was COVID! But through it all, Jaime’s vision came to life. We continue to re-write the narrative on traditional HR with our modern ways of working, bold advice and focus on building leadership capability.
So, with that being said, happy birthday to us! 🎂
